Terms & Conditions

1. Product Supply – All medical devices and intraocular lenses (IOLs) supplied by MLC Ltd. are sourced from authorized international partners and delivered subject to availability.
2. Warranty – Standard manufacturer warranty applies to all products. Additional coverage (AMC/CAMC) may be purchased separately.
3. After-Sales Support – Installation, training, and technical services are provided by MLC Ltd. using qualified engineers. Support is subject to prior scheduling and service agreements.
4. Repairs – Only repairable products will be accepted. MLC Ltd. will provide a cost quotation before commencing repairs. Repaired products are restored in compliance with quality standards.
5. Payments – All payments must be made according to the terms stated in the invoice. Delays may result in suspension of services until dues are cleared.
6. Liability – MLC Ltd. is not liable for indirect damages, misuse of products, or delays caused by third-party logistics.
7. Governing Law – All business transactions are governed by the Company Act 1994 and applicable laws of Bangladesh.
